Sometimes, things just don’t add up.
Every business goes through periods where continuing
success is elusive. One of the skills of a good manager is
to recognise early where help is needed. If you have sensed
that things are not quite right, consider bringing in outside
advice at the earliest possible stage.
Alexander Business Consulting (ABC) is a consultancy
that gives struggling businesses extra room for manoeuvre.
By providing rapid and responsive business recovery and turnaround
advice, an organisation’s stakeholders are given positive
options to deal with the situation–at–hand. Leave it
too
late and your options may be very limited.
Wider options
This service is normally referred to as the
three R’s — Rescue, Recovery and Renewal but ABC’s service
is wider — it also includes Restructuring, Reorganisation
and Refinancing.
ABC’s managing director,
David
Alexander Hole, is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner
and can, therefore, execute statutory action but its consultants
also have wider business skills and experience. David has
an MBA in addition to his professional qualifications, providing
him with a more rounded view of all the possible options.
He can provide wider options in human resources, operations,
sales and marketing as well as the more conventional solutions
involving re–financing and cashflow.
Working directly and through advisors
ABC works directly with SME (small and medium enterprises) and OME (owner-managed enterprises) businesses but also co-operates closely with business advisors - accountants and solicitors - to develop recovery strategies.
